Questions people ask
Is my data safe?
Your books are saved on secure servers after every change, and you can connect your own Google Drive for an extra daily copy. Passwords are stored encrypted, and a login can be used on one device at a time. You can download your company file whenever you want.
Can I move my books from Tally or Excel?
Yes. Import ledgers with opening balances, stock items and entries from a Tally XML export or from our Excel template. You see a preview before anything is saved.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
Your account becomes the free Student edition: you can still open, print and export everything, and new entries can be dated the 1st, 2nd or 31st of a month. Upgrade any time and continue exactly where you left off.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open app.ledgernest.co.in in Chrome on your phone and add it to the home screen. Entries, invoices, ledgers and reports all work there.
Can my CA see my books?
